Krishangi Rhituparna filed complaint against Blinkit on Aug 15, 2025
While trying to place an order on Blinkit on **.*.** an amount of Rs ***/- had been deducted from my account but I couldn't place the order. Surprisingly, there is no option in the support section where I can tell them about the deduction. I have proof my bank. There is no way to reach out them and no message regarding the refund. I have sent mails with the proof and details but with no response from Blinkit. This is a clear case of cheating.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
