ReleaseMyAd Media Pvt. Ltd. - Deduction of amount due to cancellation for high charges

Ref No. Ad Id:******* I booked the above referred advertisement for publication in Aajkal Daily on **.**.**** with Release My Ad and paid Rs.****/-; Later I found that the same advertisement is being offered by other company at Rs. ****/- . As and when I found this I cancelled the Ad on the very next day when the Ad was not at all confirmed by the company. But as I cancelled the Ad they are deducting **% on the amount paid. In my opinion it is very much unfair as I have to cancel the Ad due to the exorbitant charges by the company. Practically due to the fault of the company I have to cancel the ad and in such case they should not deduct the amount. To remove such unfair trade practice and to get refund of the entire amount I request you to take up the matter. Strict action against such companies are required.
