I have joined to Just dial limited for advertising my company at coimbatore. Till joining thay have very polite and accepts every call. Now due to Corona, I unable to run my business, they are still deducting ECS, and not accepting any call from me, it's annoying....for last three months they have deducted around ***** from my account. I am not even to contact anybody....more than *** times I have called their customer care number ********** but no answer....
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
