I am using EDC Swipe machine of ICICI bank since ****. Their was not and major complain or deductions till September this year. The bank has dedudcted amount of Rs. *****/- on **rd Sep **** in the name of non usage of swipe machine penalty. we all know that whole world including our country is facing covid** pandemic due to which their was strict lock down. then how can a business run during lock down period. but they deducted unethically. tried to reach the local branch manager but all are in vein. so please ask the concerned authority to credit my amount.
