Videocon D,2h - Deducted balance even paid In case.

I have called engineer for checking with reception because after recharge it is not working since last ** days.
I have paid cash amount of *** to engineer for correcting the angle of dish. He added only one bolt for support .
Please note the dish is not dislocated or unmounted it's only problem with their reception. So he changed direction and add one bolt for support.
After engineer went I got message that *** more deducted from your dish balance account.
I asked about the the charges and they told engineer didn't register the cash money.
They promised me to resolved the issue on after * day .
After I called again for resolvement status .
They cut off my call and didn't answer my call. So unprofessional and unethical behavior from their side.

i have made payment throught pasfer technologies of Rs.***/- but not yet payment transfered to the Videocon D*h company.
