Sir My name is Raj kumar , I booked my flight from delhi to srinagar on the **th of May, **** in Air asia I*-***. My journey date was **th may ****. After the money got deducted, I got a call your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration. They said they would process my refund within **-** working days. ** calls done for the follow up but still customer care say keep the patience within *-* working amount will be refund. The reference number for the same is : REF*********. The amount deducted was Rs. ****.please action against to travolook for refund my amount.
