my name satyabrata bal, my sbi account no-***********, i have two wheeler loan from hero finance, my loan ammount deduct my account *th date every month, i have paid one month payment earlier on date *th November ****, but in this month deduct extra chargres for my account . in this year month of february, march , April, May-****, i have paid my loan amount in due date of every month of *th date, but bank deduct extra charges for my account.. i have complained customer care and through by E-mail, but my problem donot solve .
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
