Dutyway.com - Deduct excess amount to my account

I received a job regarding call from dutyway.com. They offered an interview with a small security money deposit of Rs*** but they deduct extra amount of Rs.**** on **/**/**** from my account.
This is happening with so many peoples. Please take a strong action to block this site www.dutyway.com.
I hope a strong step gives back my money.
