Tcl tv - Declining warrenty and they are not ready for replacement

I had purchased a TCL TV model no **S* on the !*th of December in ****, from Flipkart. The tv has had screen issues since the eighth month of purchase. However since it wasn't anything major that hampered the viewing experience I didn't pursue it. Now since last year, I've had screen panel issues that causes blinking of the screen during viewing, screen dim-outs and other panel issues. I contacted Flipkart and subsequently my regional TCL service centre. A technician came and analysed the said faults and confirmed it as having a faulty panel , clicked pictures and vanished. My invoice of purchase has clearly mentioned warranty of * years and so did the Flipkart customer care too. However the service centre individuals have started telling that the warranty is over and nothing can be done since the tv is old model, it seems.

I need someone to either repair or replace my TV at the earliest and I'm prepared to drag this to consumer court or whatever the need be. This isn't about the money at all for me, but rather the so called promise you make to a customer who purchases your products. Kindly find the invoice attached. Anticipating a speedy response,
