I ordered a Western Egg and Cheese Sub through Swiggy. The ingredients of a Western Egg and Cheese sub are: Egg, Cheese, Chicken Slices, Capsicum, Onion and plain Mayonnaise.

I received a stale hard piece of bread with egg, chicken slices and tandoori mayonnaise smothered all over it.

Upon calling the restaurant, they denied sending in the wrong product and also advised Swiggy (the delivery partner that delivered my order) that they gave me the right product because of which the delivery partner declined to issue me a refund even after me sending the images of the sub received.
