Betway - Declined Deposit Not Refunded

Vishnu Lotlikar filed complaint against Betway on Jun 8, 2022

I made * deposits one for **** on *nd Nov and one for ***** on *nd Nov both were declined due to server issue from betway end

As per the betway policy it was supposed to be refunded back within ** business days However that did not happen.

Till date I have not received the money and betway is just giving me the excuses.

Now when i contact them they are helpless and just say I will get a reply on email.

I received one reply that the money is refunded and they gave me RRN number

However I never received the money and when I went to check the same with the bank they are unable to open details with the RRN number as it was incorrect

The RRN number should be ** digit number and they gave me ** digit RRN

The RRNs for these refunds are: ********** and **********.

Please help me its been * months now yet I have not received the money
