According to the advice by local cable operators of Poranki, we have subscribed and submitted our channel choice and paid through SITI app on **/*/**. During the payment, it showed that the renewal cycle is for ** days and the next renewal was on **/*/**. No channel was broadcasted even after * days of subscription. After which services were started. Recently i.e., from */*/** services and subscription status shows deactivate. Within this period, we have called multiple times to the customer care number provided in the app, to local cable operators and mailed * times to email id given in the app. No answer to any of them. And the worst part was the rude and humiliating behaviour of the cable operators.
