Akbar Travels - Deceived and Bought Money

On **/**/**** I booked an one ticket from Akbar Online web site. I paid ***** Indian Rupees. A little bit of a message came. ‘’ Kindly note seats are sold out ‘’ * seat availble another day kindly advice shall we check for another day or we reply on same mail so that we can revert you the entire amount.’’.

After one hour came another messege again.. ‘AT********* With reference to your above booking, this is to inform you that we have initiated refund process for the same from our end. The same will reflect in your account statement depending upon your bank policy.
We’ve noticed that it takes about * to * working days for most refunds to hit their respective accounts.’’

After * days, they did not give me my money. After paying the amount and not refunds immediately. They have kept my money all these days. I'll get compensation for a days. I had to stop all online transactions for days. The company has been charged with this pamphlet for holding the penny and saying that the seat is for a reason other than mine
Much more will be requested to pay the compensation.
