Decathlon Sports India Pvt Ltd - Decathlon Cancelled Order and Refusing Bank Refund

On May **, ****, I checked the availability of a "Road Bike Triban RC***" on the Decathlon website. Relying strictly on their platform showing the item as "in stock," I purchased multiple Decathlon E-Vouchers to proceed with the transaction. I immediately placed Order #********** for the bicycle amounting to ₹**,*** using the newly purchased Gift Cards and Wallet balance.

On May **, ****, Decathlon unilaterally cancelled the order, stating the product was out of stock. My funds were credited back as Decathlon Gift Cards (approx. ₹**,***) and Decathlon Wallet balance (approx. ₹**,***).

Since May ****, I have continually requested a refund to my original bank account. Initially, customer support asked for my bank details to process the refund. However, they later backtracked. Their escalation team has now completely refused the bank refund, falsely citing "regulatory restrictions." Instead, they are forcing unacceptable alternatives on me, such as extending the gift card validity or offering a buyback of my existing cycle. This is a severe deficiency in service and an unfair trade practice, as my liquid cash is now trapped in their closed ecosystem due to their own inventory mismanagement.
