Myntra and bank of india - Debited from my account but did not place the order

I placed my order on **th march **** on **th-**th sale on **th march **.** they debited ****.** from my account but did not place d order.Since then i tried to contact customer service but they did not pick up my calls...they did not reply on my mail.Then i comment on their instagram first they informed me that payment is not done so i sent my complain id which is IN******************** where i gave proof that from google pay money is debited to their companey.i want my money back
