Slice small finance bank - Debit card cancel request deny by slice

I use slice small finance bank app a month I search the feature of it and I go to option of debit card, accidentally I click on it and it cut *** rupees on my account without my permission . When I raise complaint to the company customer care they told me we didn't cancel the card and didn't give any refund, you have to take it. how can I do?
