Equitas Small Finance Bank - Debit Card Blocked

I Have a Savings Account with Equitas Small Finance Bank and Account Number is ************ and IFSC Code is ESFB******* and Customer ID:-********. My Debit Card last ending with **** has been Blocked by Equitas Small Finance Bank without any reason or informing me. I also pay yearly annual maintenance charges for my Debit Card and still my Debit Card blocked by Bank. I tried to contact the Bank through Email and I get a call from Equitas Bank and in that call they are told that your Debit Card is blocked and that debit card will never be unblocked. Firstly, Equitasbank blocked my debit card without any reason or informing me and After that Equitas Bank says that you will have to order a new issue debit card. You will have to pay a charge for that Debit Card. I said to Equitas Bank to order my new debit card. Equitus Bank placed the order Card on my Request also they have charged money from my account which is INR ***.** debited from A/c XXXXXXXX**** towards CARD ISSUE CHGS+GST:******/********* Value **-APR-**** . Avl Bal is INR ***.**. For any query call ****-***-****- Equitas Bank and after that they gave me service request number Which is Hi, Your service request number **************** for Debit card Lost/misplaced/Damaged has been closed successfully. For any further assistance please contact Branch or Customer Care.
This is an automated mail. Please do not reply to the mail sender. Equitas Bank has also deducted money from my account and has not given the debit till now. I tried to contact the bank but did not get any support from their side. I am Victim of this Financial Fraud. Please Look into this matter.
