Zudio Chennai - Debit amount twince in my debit card

I have purchased the clothes from zudio T nagar branch, sales person used one swiping machine I entered my pin also after that machine got shut down again they have used one machine for payment after few minute I got to know about that payment has been deducted twice, I have reported to sales person as well as person In charge also also have been submit bank statements also they r not responding for this
