Sahara Credit Co Operative Society Limited - Death claim not paid and one maturity not paid

Dear Sir,
My Self Vishwajeet Tiwary , Death claim of my Father ChandraSekhar Tiwari not paid to my mother nominee account by Sahara India. The agent is also not support me and tell lie. The case is pending from * Year. My mother health condition is very bad so I needed money for treatment but Sahara India and his agents not give my money. Approx Rs ****** and Rs ***** are still pending. I am very much disappointed.Please help me to resolve this issue as soon as possible. All documents have already submitted to nearest branch by agent Ramesh Pandey to Arrah and Badhara branch.
