Fullerton India company - Death claim

Hello sir/ madam ,this is T vijayalakshmi w/o thiyyavindhi venkata Veera Prasad . Actually my husband in sept month ,he have a loan in Grama Shakti Fullerton India loan account number is ************** and request I'd number is *********. We applied death claim insurance against loan on Oct ** until it's going to finish * months .Iam Asking branch so many times they neglecting the loan closing process they are simply saying the insurance company is not doing claim process what we do like that they are saying in branch .iam getting frustration about our company . I call so many times to ur cusmoter service they are not also solve my problem. .I need my property documents urgently.
