Bushnell 8 40 binocular - Dealy in return than cancel by pickup boy himself without my permission

I order a binocular from meesho app on ** aug than it delivered me by * aug.The product is wrong then i return the product.but the pick up boy of shadowfax courier misbehave with me and doesnot pick the product and cancel it .after this i reinitiate the return and the same pickup boy cancel my pickup himself without my permission and in this period the return time is over and the wrong product will not return and i have loss of **** rs.
