I placed an order for boAt Airdopes *** Pro on DealShare on **th October **** around *:** PM. The delivery partner from DealShare arrived with the order around *:** PM, handed it over, and left. When I opened the box, I found it completely empty — only the charging cable and some papers (from boAt) were inside, but there were no airdopes at all.I felt very upset and immediately tried to contact the DealShare support team, but the support window was closed at that time as per their timings. Therefore, I contacted them the next day, **th October ****, around ** AM. They told me to wait for ** hours as their team would investigate the matter. I informed them that I had an unboxing video as proof, but they refused, saying the video was not needed. I insisted, "Sir, please watch the video — I received an empty box," but they replied rudely, "No need, we have already refused, it is not required," and asked me to give them time. After that, they immediately marked the ticket as Resolved without any refund or further information.I filed a complaint again, and a new ticket was created. After some time, I received a call saying they could not help, and that I should contact the brand (boAt) as it was not their mistake. However, their policy clearly states that they provide refunds for missing, different, or defective products. They said their policy works according to the situation, and they cannot proceed with my case — I should contact the brand. I again requested them to watch the video, but they refused once more. They did not want to see my proof at all.One agent falsely accused me by saying, "You have purchased eardrops earlier too and had issues," even though this was my first order related to airdopes on my number, and no such previous orders were showing in my account or their system. They made this false claim without checking properly.I felt like crying because I am a student and ₹*** is not a small amount for me. Along with the airdopes, I had also ordered beetroots and garlic, which arrived spoiled. According to their terms and conditions, there is a provision for refund on rotten or spoiled fruits/vegetables, but they refused that as well, saying "Our policy does not allow it, don't order such things."This is how their policy keeps changing according to their convenience. I explained my entire complaint with all evidence, but they repeatedly refused. Since the amount for the fruits was small, I did not push too hard for it, but as a responsible citizen, I should have fought even for a small amount. I feel deeply hurt by the loss of my ₹***, as I did not receive the product at all. I am mentally and financially distressed, which is why I have come to the Voxya platform today to seek justice.
