The vehicle’s insurance had already expired on **-**-**** and was not renewed. I cancelled the booking on **-**-**** via WhatsApp, clearly stating the reason. The dealer has read the message but has not responded or initiated the refund. No insurance policy was issued in my name and no vehicle was registered or delivered.
