I bought an item from Snapmint financial services and they sent a dead product. I emailed them and they responded saying they will follow up in * business days. It has been ** days now and on *rd I will have to pay the EMI to them. They have been consistently ignoring my query and they are just delaying so my EMI date comes up. This is very very frustrating. I had gifted the product to my dear ones, product received was dead on arrival. I am not supposed to pay for dead product. Snapmint is not taking any responsibility and thus I am reaching out to you . Their customer support calling number is an IVR and no technical person is reachable. I want this dead product returned and EMI canceled. Please help me.
Today they called me and gave no resolution, promised to callback and yet no one called.
