Dear Sir, your team has deactivated mobile number ********** after I paid all the dues and ported the same to Airtel. They do not have a valid reason and mention "inactive" this is not acceptable and request you to release the mobile to the original user before it was reissued. This is causing a lot or inconvenience
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
