Sir, my Jio number has been suddenly deactivated on **th December at *:** pm without any reason and without any information.When I contacted customer care, they too could not give a satisfactory answer. After that I went to the service centre where they told me to wait at least ** to ** days.Sir, the reason is that I am unable to do any transaction or OTP from my SIM for the last ** to ** days, due to which I will suffer financial loss. Due to which I am facing mental stress. I request you to help me get rid of this problem and fix the responsibility of the company.
