My self RanguRam i have purchased a product of *** add post last * months ago and the product seller from monsterindia approached me and gave discount and then i have paid *****/- after that they have activated my account and i have started posting the add on it and after * weeks i got mail from compliance team that my account has been deactivated and they have sent pdf proof i have checked it the proof was not related to me and they have fake allegated on me to deactivate my account i have explained them that not my number and the proof which they have sent is not related to me and after *-* days i got response they the team monsterindia will activate my account and they will do kyc online vide calling after that i have told that I'm on travelling so because of network issues i couldn't complete your kyc kindly arrange it again or provide any alternative solution for these but after that i have sent you multiple mails but CR team monsterindia and compliance team they are not responding for my mails i have contacted multiple times but those guys will say to drop a mail and within * day you will get response but it has been **-** days the team are not responding to my mails this is the way the monsterindia is treating the customers I'm very disappointed with their response How many times i should mail also they are ignoring my mails not even single mail got response from your end. I have explained all the situation of mine along with proof why they are not accepting it? even i have dropped mail to ceomonsterindia.com he is not responding or not taking any action on it since I'm tried of calling them and frustrated with their response because of that I'm filing a case in consumer court hence I'm requesting you to please look this matter and provide me justice for this and monsterindia.com I'm requesting you to activate my account soon if your not activating my account then i want refund my money.
