I have selected channel package from den Cable TV website as per new trai rules & received a no. which is DEN********** and my package cost is rupees *** including gst but my local cable operator is not accepted and he does not start my cable connection. I have so many times call in DEN (from *th Feb ****) but still, they not resolved my issue. My LCO Mr Bittoo (Ajay Cable, Vishnu Garden, New Delhi-******) mobile# **********. He wants every customer to select the package as per his choice which is very costly (Rs. *** to ***) and I am unable to pay this every month. Please solve my problem asap.
