I've got my account closed in *** application of Kotak Mahindra bank and they were supposed to send me a DD in * week which was back on November ****. I've been following up with the bank and customer care but till date, the issue is not resolved no one tries to help it. I need the amount with interest as I have suffered a lot. Kindly please help.
