Datsun sold us a defective vehicle. Engine and clutch broke down within **** kilometres. I had a pathetic experience with the service team. After changing the parts the vehicle is underperforming. Service team not ready to acknowledge. It doesn't feel like a new vehicle any more after the engine parts changed. Why should we buy a faulty vehicle in the first place?
They even caused a dent and a huge scratch on our vehicle while under their custody. This whole ordeal we suffered for a month. As the vehicle was parked with them without any resolution at all.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
