Demanding compensation for valuable data loss (office related) due to sheer negligence of service center team
Negligence of OnePlus Service Center:
- From the time the device reached the service center, I had called them every day twice and requested them to make me talk to the engineer who is working on this request. (I have call logs to prove)
- Everytime I told them, not to touch the data and just replace the spare and immediately send it back.
Negligence of Servify:
- Also, I called servify team, everyday to check the status and inform the service center about my urgency and concerns on the data - you can check call logs.
Initiating legal procedure:
- I want servify/oneplus to compensate on my loss without which I would proceed legally on both the teams immediately.
PFA - the screenshot of the servify portal/app, that shows that the device repair is completed on Mar **th itself with ringer cleaning. This update is at * pm on Mar **th and repaired by Gopinath (engineer).
I have repeatedly asked the service center (in calls) to not touch the data on device and mentioned the same on invoice, as I have not taken any backup at all and there is some crucial data on the phone related to work. PFA - the mails sent dated Mar ** & ** mentioning the same.
I am awaiting the compensation for my loss. Looking forward to hear from you on next steps.
