Dari Toll plaza - Dari Toll plaza wrongfully deducted the toll

Today on the date of **/**/**** i was Traveling from my home town towards Veraval Gujarat. In this journey I came across the Dari Toll Plaza where i waited for more than * minutes. There were only * cars ahead of me yet it took a longer time and then they forcefully deducted the Toll from my Fash Tag.
I requested them and reminded the toll booth opretor about the rule of NHAI. he denied to co-operate and forced me to reverse my car to collect the toll of **rs.
