MARS Restauran Kurnool City on Wings - Dangerous objects found in the food

I am creating this complaint to bring to your immediate attention a grave incident that occurred during my visit to MARS restaurant on **th June ****. My family and I ordered vegetarian food and were horrified to find multiple flies, a sharp iron nail (meku), and a plastic object approximately * inches long in our meal.

I immediately complained to the restaurant manager and inspected the kitchen. The conditions were appalling and highly unsanitary. There were flies on raw food and utensils, and the entire kitchen was extremely dirty. The sharp iron nail found in our food was particularly alarming, as it could have caused serious internal injuries if ingested. We had a *-year-old child at our table, and it is sheer luck that he did not consume the nail.

This experience not only ruined our meal but also raised serious concerns about the restaurant's adherence to food safety standards. The negligence displayed poses a severe risk to public health, and immediate action is required.

I strongly urge higher authorities, including the food safety officers, to investigate this matter urgently to ensure such dangerous negligence does not endanger other patrons in the future.
