IT HAS BEEN WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THE FLIPCART.
RECEIVED DAMAGED PRODUCT FROM FLIPCART WHICH IS DELL WASTRO **** SPENT MY TWO MONTHS OF SAVING.FOR BUYING IT.
AT THE END OF THE DAY RECEIVED DAMEGD PRODUCT. ORDER THE PRODUCT ON ** NOV **** RECEIVED ON ** NOV ****
REPORTED FOR THE DAMAGED ON VERY NEXT DAY WHICH IS ** NOV FROM NOW FACING LIKE I AM TRAPPED BY FLIPCART SERVICES.
I WILL NEVER TRY FLIPCART FOR BUYING ANY THING. FROM THAT DAY HELP CENTER EXECUTIVE IS PLAYING WITH THE USER.,. THEY ARE MANIPULATING AND WRITING ALL THE USELESS DETAIL. HAVE CALLED MULTIPLES TIME ALL THE EXECUTIVE HAVE DIFFERENT WORDS FOR INCIDENT. FIRST MY REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED WITHOUT ANY REASON. THE PERSON VISITED MY HOME FOR REPLACEMENT HAVE NO ANY INFORMATION WHY HE IS REPLACING AND WHAT TO CHECK AND HAS NOT SHARED REASON FOR CANCELLATION WE MANGED BUT WHEN REQUESTED AGAIN FOR REPLACEMENT IT GETS AGAIN CANCELED NOW THE REASON IS BECAUSE THE HELP CENTER EXECUTIVE SAYING THAT WE HAD RAISED THE REQUEST FOR ESSECERISE DAMAGE. FRUSTADE WITH THE THINGS ALL THE MAIL WE ARE WRITING HAVE NO RESPONSE. FAKE SERVICE FROM FLIPCART. ALL THE PROMISES ARE JUST MYTH. FLIPCART SAYS WE PROVIDE HOME DELIVERY BUT THEY CALLED ME TWICE OF TIME AT FLIPCART OFFICE. FLIPCART EXECUTIVE IS SAYING ME THAT YOU DON'T HAVE GO TO ANYWHERE AND FLIPCART PERSON CALLED ME THAT IF YOU DON'T COME TO OFFICE YOUR PRODUCT WILL NOT REPLACE. SO THIS IS WHAT THE AFTER SALE SERVICE PROVIDE BY FLIPCART.
DAMAGE WAS IN THE LAPTOP IT HAD THE MINER BREAK AT RIGHT HAND SIDE OF POWER BUTTON NEAR HINZES IN LAPTOP BODY. BUT THERE IS NO ONE WHO CAN UNDERSTAND THE LITTLE OR SIMPLE THINGS.
