Bajaj Finserv India - Damaging credit score

I have purchased furniture from EVOK store on ** Aug through Bajaj Finser loan application no SF******** of Rs *****. The payment was supposed to be in * instalments. But when the first instalment was taken the amount was Rs **** which brought a surprise to us as it will take * years. Continuously we have following up with Evok and Bajaj representative but no action has been taken. Finally, we filed a complaint against them in consumer court and next day a lady called me and said we apologise and settled my payments in * instalments as I have made down payment of **** already so rest in the amount of Rs **** for next * months. Then I asked what will happen to * instalments of the last * months which has been debited of Rs **** every month so then she got that reversed.
I found that solved. This is not the case. Again now I am receiving a message every month that Rs **** amount was not available in your account and hence it has been bounced. Every *th they present this amount to my account and also every *th they debit Rs **** from my account. They are taking payment also and they are hampering my credit score as well. Bajaj finserv technical department is highly unprofessional in maintaining their records and not doing anything about it.
