Saboo Hyundai Service Nacharam - Damaged Windshield not Replaced

I gave my Car, i** Elite Magna (TS**EP****) for replacement of front Windshield to “Saboo Hyundai Service, Nacharam, Hyderabad” as it was damaged while driving, I had to claim insurance (Bajaj) to replace the Windshield and it was delivered on **/**/****, after which I drove the vehicle for less than *** KM on *th and *th Sept '** and kept the vehicle in my house covered. After * days I removed the cover on my car and noticed a big crack on the Windshield, immediately I went to the service station and showed the windshield for which they have examined and informed me that there is no external damage and crack was developed internally from the edge of the glass, and they have suggested to again claim insurance for the replacement which I did not agree.
I have raised a complaint with Hyundai explaining the issue but even they could not help in replacing the Windshield as per them there is no warranty on Glass product, but they gave me a discount of **% on the Windshield amount if I go for replacement.
As there was no external damage and nothing was done from my end on the Windshield, Even Saboo Mechanic examined and informed there is no damage from external, I really don't think I should be paying the amount for replacing the Windshield. Even when I checked the manufacturing date of the Windshield (Code: AJ) as per the few sites on Internet it is Feb ****.
There could be the possibility of placing the damaged product which slowly extended and got visible or due to any human error from the Mechanic end.
I request your help in solving the problem.
