I have purchased a Videocon *K TV in October **** from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram. It had a warranty of * yrs. In July ****, there was issue in display of the TV. I approached Vijay Sales for resolution and they logged the complaint with the third party service provider. The service provider visited my residence and checked and told me that some part is damaged and it would be repaired in a week's time and charged me Rs.*** for visit charges. But now there is no response from the service provider / Vijay Sales to repair my TV.
