JJ Modern Designs Arts and Handicrafts Chennai - Damaged products received and money not reimbursed

I had ordered Nine sets of dolls from M/sJJ Modern Designs, Chennai, on two occasions.in the first one, it was for two dolls, at a total cost of Rs.*,*** ( which included transport cost of around Rs.****) and on the second occasion for seven sets of dolls, at a total cost of Rs. *****( which included a transport cost of around ****).
Out of the nine sets two dolls were not delivered and the amount of Rs.**** was refunded. Out of the balance two sets were received in good condition and the rest were found.damaged. The party has subsequently replaced two sets of dolls in good condition. Hence a total of * sets of dolls remain to be replaced. The party has neither replaced nor refunded the amount due to these three sets of damaged dolls . Even the amount that was refunded to the non delivered dolls, the transport charges are not refunded.
I have communicated with the party over WhatsApp and through phone. The party has been promising to refund the balance amount but has not done as on date. Neither is the party responding to my WhatsApp messages nor phone calls.
Hence I am lodging the complaint.
