We have received a damaged machine where there is a water leakage and inspite of raising several complaints there is no replacement of new machine and if we call for a refund they are denying the refund. It's our big mistake to purchase this product.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
