Ali Express - Damaged product

I have ordered a Moto g*s plus case cover on Nov * ****. I was eagerly waiting for it as I have already paid *.**$ including courier and product. I got the product after ** days on Nov **. The product was damaged and I opened a dispute on same day with evidence. They proposed me to return the goods to China for refund. I replied returning is not possible as charges are **$ for returning from India and asked for alternate solution. They have not provided any response even after I've asked them thrice for alternate solution. They have just sent an email that they will release the payment to seller if they did not receive goods in * days. Is that even fair?. Even though I try to return * days is too minimum to return compared to ** days they took for delivery. It's clear from this fact that they knew its impossible for me to return goods so that they can have the money and cheat me with damaged product. I'm just filing this complaint to let know my fellow Indians to never ever order from Ali Express.
