Sharara ethnics - Damaged product

I ordered a dress from sharara ethnics an online shoping site which I found from Instagram. ID:sharara_ethnic on December **,****. I Recieved their product on **nd December which was completely different from the picture they showed. And the quality of stitching was also worst. Now they are not replying to my messages.And not willing to refund the amount paid. And even the return policy they ask me to send via courier.
