Hublot watch - Damaged Product

I got a damaged watch. The buckle is broken from the corner and is not polished good (scratched and is looking old). I complained about it and got the comments as:
- It is good. It's looking like that due to lighting.
- Send me more photos.
- Send me Unboxing video.
- Then they suddenly stopped replying. Nobody answers their phone ever.
I received the watch on **th Nov ****, and till **th Nov ****, I have not worn it even for a minute, just because it's damaged and I want it changed. I know it's a small defect, but when I have paid for it, I need it perfect.
The company should know that if a customer is reporting again and again for a small defect, it's because he/she had expected more from you, not silly comments like Unboxing video, and "procrastinate and forget".
