smallboytoys - Damaged product

On July * **** purchased a ride-on-jeep (SBT Flyer *X* **** monstor electric ride on (*-*yrs) which was delivered on July **. When opened the box found damaged products and the product is also not as per specification. Have taken a full video of package opening and photos of the damaged items/componets/areas. The photos and videos were shared to them through Whatsapp, to the same number they have mentioned in the website and also they have communicated to me. Also I have sent an email about the issue to info@smallboytoys.com. But there is no response and that mobile number is also switched off.
I need someone to help me to get my money back and take actions against these type of fraud companies.
