Purchased one Kerala saree from Kasavukada ,SM Street, Calicut Kerala on *th August **** for Rs.****/-.The Product was damaged one and the same has noticed while opening the packing after reaching home.Next day went to shop and informed the same to showroom incharge and he replied to customer very roughly and said that they are not sitting there for exchanging once sold items.Dear Keralites Pls check your products two or three times before receiving from this shop in this ONAM season otherwise you will be cheated.
