Lady Bazaar - Damaged product recieved

Pooja Dhanda filed complaint against Lady Bazaar on Feb 12, 2019

The company had sent a damaged product.
On informing the company they have asked me to courier to them the product.
the company is not ready to incur the charges of the courier. the customer care executive keeps on repeating that the product would be exchanged but I will have to bear the charges of the courier.
