Dtdc Corrier - Damaged product received

This is regarding courier that was sent on July ** th from guntur and package received in Bangalore on July **,****. The laptop screen was broken and display has gone. At the time of shipment it was secured with thermocol sheets but during the shipment damage happened. Please Let me know how to get it resolved as there is no insurance to be claimed
