Kent Maxx UV UF Water purifier - Damaged Product received

I purchased Kent maxx uv uf water purifier through reliance digital online. At the time of delivery package was tampered & I regret to accept. The delivery boy forced me this is just transportation damage. We couldn't avoid the same & convinced me. No one was visited for installing more than ** days After so many mails & calls, one person reached for installation. He left immediately within * mins. The tank is overflowing & non stop running after i disconnected the power supply.
I requested so many mails to refund my money or replace with new product. Simply i'm receiving "Sorry for the inconvenience caused to u. We will address immediately. But Its been ** days. No one came. Called Kent Customer care directly / Reliance customer care. No use. Waste of my time.

I request Voxya to help me to get the refund from Reliance Digital.
