We had ordered a Tab from Bookmytab on **th Nov **** via order number BO********. When the product arrived to us the product was completely damaged. The tab had the screen shattered and on the top of screen it was written as "Broken".
We tried contacting the vendor/site owner but there was no response for return of product and refund of money paid
We did multiple calls to g vendors number+** ****-***-***. In addition to that we also dropped emails to
support@bookmytab.com but they were undelivered.
On searching the website , it was also found that lot of complaints were done by other customers who also faced a similar issue. This seems a clear case of company conducting fraud by circulating damaged goods.
The resolution is refund of the money paid Rs ****/-

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
