On **-**-****, I ordered a phone cover for my mobile (oneplus *T) from Zapvi.in. and on **-**-**** I received that cover. The mobile cover was damaged and it was bend from the middle and when I tried to use that cover on my mobile, the fitting of that cover was very poor. On same day, I tried to contact Zapvi.in via whatsapp, call and Email but they didn't respond to any of it. I want a full refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
