On *th August ****, I ordered a product, The Baker's Dozen Chocolate Cookies Gift Pack, from blinkit.
The product seal was broken when received and some items were missing from it.
On complaining the same in the help support, the representative promised for the refund once the product is picked up but no one came since today. No support is provided from the platform only automated response to the mails asking to wait until resolution is given.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
